Mohsin leads the firm’s CFO Advisory and Fund Launch practice, supporting Private Equity and investment platforms with institutional-grade finance leadership and operating-model buildout. With 15+ years’ experience across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and board-level performance reporting, he has delivered finance transformation and advisory work for financial institutions and investment organisations across the UK, US, and Canada.
As CEO, Mohsin is responsible for client delivery standards, governance, and the firm’s end-to-end advisory proposition—covering fund launch readiness, LP reporting, close discipline, controls, and vendor oversight. He also leads the firm’s work with venture-backed and founder-led businesses, advising on fundraising readiness, operating metrics, runway planning, and investor-grade reporting.

Nimrah leads our COO and outsourced operations capability, helping GPs and growth businesses implement the operational infrastructure required to scale with control. She specialises in building reliable “run-the-business” processes across the middle and back office—covering fund operations, service-provider oversight, process design, workflow governance, and operational risk controls.
With two decades of experience supporting organisations through complex change programmes, Nimrah brings a structured, execution-led approach that improves timeliness, accuracy, and accountability across third-party vendors and internal teams. Where relevant, she also supports ESG operating requirements from an implementation standpoint (data, evidence trails, and reporting readiness), ensuring ESG obligations can be delivered consistently without distracting investment teams.
